We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Light Duty Maintenance (Auxiliary Technician) to join our team.

• General handyman experience
• Landscaping and snow plowing experience
• Experience in Sheetrock and Spackling
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment (floor machines and extractors)
• Knowledge in cleaning/janitorial is required
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Must be able to communicate verbally and via email
• Work order system knowledge a plus

Benefits:

• $17.00 - $20.00 an hour
• Shift is Monday - Friday 7:00AM-3:30PM
