This is a Hybrid Role.

We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all daily and periodic janitorial requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule. The Janitorial Supervisor will also address customer requests promptly to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and adherence to required standards.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in janitorial services
- Leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and monitor work assignments
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of janitorial team members
- Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new employees
- Review and submit timesheets for various locations
- Maintain detailed records, compile reports, and perform quality, service, and safety inspections
- Serve as a communication link between management and frontline staff
- Track equipment and supply inventory
- Address employee and customer requests or issues, escalating them as needed
- Provide recommendations for corrective actions to improve operations
- Conduct daily inspections of routine work and building inspections
- Report any building deficiencies to management

Benefits:
- Salary: $45,000-$50,000 Annually
- Shift: 2nd Shift (12PM-8PM)
