We are seeking a Janitorial Supervisor to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that all daily and periodic janitorial requirements are completed to the highest standards and according to schedule. The Janitorial Supervisor will also be responsible for promptly addressing customer requests to achieve the highest level of customer satisfaction while maintaining required standards.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• - Coordinate and monitor work assignments and schedules of team employees.
• - Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and training of new/replacement employees.
• - Review and submit timesheets for various locations.
• - Maintain detailed records, compile written reports, and perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• - Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment, supplies, and equipment.
• - Act as a liaison between management and front-line staff.
• - Track equipment and supply inventory.
• - Submit employee personnel and customer requests or issues to the Area Manager.
• - Provide recommendations for corrective actions on areas needing improvement.
• - Conduct daily inspections of routine work and perform building inspections.
• - Report any building deficiencies to the Area Manager.
