Pritchard Industries is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our Custodial Floor Crew team in West Windsor, NJ. This role is vital to keeping our school clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and visitors. The floor crew focuses on cleaning and maintaining all types of floor surfaces throughout the school, including classrooms, hallways, cafeterias, and gyms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain tile, carpet, and other flooring using equipment such as auto-scrubbers, buffers, and carpet extractors
• Strip, wax, buff, and polish floors according to maintenance schedules
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, and disinfect as required
• Set up and break down areas for school events and activities
• Ensure proper use and care of cleaning materials and equipment
• Follow all safety protocols and district guidelines
• Assist custodial team with general cleaning tasks during school breaks or emergencies

Floor Care Technician Qualifications:

• Experience in floor care stripping, waxing and carpet cleaning, vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during school holidays as needed
• Strong attention to detail and a team-oriented attitude

Benefits:

• Salary - $19.00 per hour
• Hours - Both Part Time and Full Time available
