Senior Project Manager-ERP & Systems Integration

Pritchard Industries is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to spearhead the planning, coordination, and implementation of large-scale enterprise systems. You’ll lead cross-functional workstreams, align internal and external teams, and play a key role in future-proofing our systems and processes. This is a Remote role, with occasional travel, approx. 10-15%. Ideal candidate must reside near a major US airport.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead high-impact ERP and HCM system implementation projects
  • Manage cross-departmental stakeholders (IT, HR, Finance, Ops)
  • Prioritize and execute complex project roadmaps
  • Oversee full SDLC and enterprise change management
  • Drive strategic adoption of new tools and processes in the field
  • Present regular project updates, timelines, and KPIs to senior leadership
  • Identify project risks and resolve bottlenecks with creative, business-first solutions

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of project management experience (ERP/HCM strongly preferred)
  • Bachelor's in Business, IT, Engineering, or related field (MBA/PMP a plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft D365, UKG, or comparable platforms
  • Expertise in Smartsheet, Jira, MS Project, Visio, and Office Suite
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
  • Experience with field-based organizations or unionized labor is a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred

  • Salary Range: $110,000-$135,00/year (based on experience)
