A/R Billing Adminstrator

Location: New York, NY

Pritchard Industries is seeking a detail-oriented A/R Billing Administrator to join our finance team at our New York office. This position is key to ensuring the accuracy, timeliness, and efficiency of the company’s billing operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Microsoft D365 and a strong understanding of accounts receivable processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and issue invoices with accuracy and timeliness using Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365).
  • Reconcile and maintain accurate billing records.
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and billing standards.
  • Assist with month-end A/R close processes and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to streamline billing workflows and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with Microsoft D365 is required.
  • 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive Accounts Receivable background.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with both internal and external customers.
  • Ability to balance and deliver multiple projects in a deadline driven environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Office and Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and superior time management skills.
