2nd Shift Custodial Lead & Porter
Shift: Monday – Friday, 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
Position Requirement:
This position must be filled by a female due to the responsibility of cleaning and maintaining women's locker rooms and restrooms.
Lead Responsibilities:
- Supervise and guide custodial staff to ensure tasks are completed properly and on time.
- Conduct inspections to uphold cleanliness and enforce strict safety standards.
- Communicate with management regarding issues, supply needs, and maintenance concerns.
- Respond promptly to spills, leaks, and urgent sanitation needs to ensure a safe environment.
- Enforce compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and proper equipment usage.
Custodial Responsibilities:
- Clean and disinfect women’s locker rooms, restrooms, and employee facilities.
- Maintain break rooms, including wiping surfaces, emptying trash, and restocking supplies.
- Address spills, leaks, and urgent cleaning requests to prevent hazards.
- Dust, mop, sweep, and sanitize high-traffic areas.
- Carry a radio and respond promptly to requests.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Other duties may be assigned as needed to support cleanliness, safety, and operational efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Must be able to follow instructions from manager and complete all tasks effectively.
- Prior cleaning experience is a plus.
- Must be able to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Janitor experience a plus but will train.
- Reliable Transportation.
