Pritchard Industries is a dynamic and innovative provider of comprehensive facility services, dedicated to enhancing the operational efficiency of our client partners in the industries we serve. With services from facility maintenance and janitorial to landscaping and snow removal, we enable desired outcomes for our clients through consistent service and outstanding people. We are seeking Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to drive new business growth by targeting mid-to-large enterprise clients. As a BDR, you will play a critical role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to build a strong sales pipeline. This role requires a proactive, strategic, and consultative approach to engaging potential clients and closing new business. This is a fully-remote role.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential clients, leveraging internal data, industry research, and virtual networking.
- Sales Pipeline Development: Generate and nurture leads to create a pipeline of opportunities.
- Targeted Outreach: Conduct outbound outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn, virtual networking events) to introduce Pritchard’s value proposition and services.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work to align outreach efforts with targeted campaigns, leveraging lead generation tools, and CRM-driven insights.
- CRM & Data Management: Utilize CRM to track lead progress, document interactions, and ensure seamless communication across teams.
- Follow-Up & Relationship Building: Develop rapport with decision-makers through consistent follow-ups, educational conversations, and value-driven engagement.
- Sales Process Support: Nurture Leads, build pipeline of opportunities, proposal development, pricing discussions, and ensuring smooth transitions from prospecting to closing.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Monitor KPIs such as lead response time, conversion rates, and deal progression, ensuring continuous improvement in outreach effectiveness.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3+ years in business development, inside sales, or related roles, preferably in B2B services or facilities management industries.
- Skills: Strong sales acumen, ability to develop relationships quickly, and consultative selling expertise.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM tools, email marketing platforms, and lead generation databases.
- Self-Motivated: A driven, goal-oriented mindset with the ability to operate independently and collaborate across departments.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of commercial cleaning, facility management, or related sectors is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to convey value propositions compellingly.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive Base Salary: $70,000 - $75,000
