We are seeking full-time Cleaners/Porters for the Northeast region. The primary responsibilities include performing tasks such as vacuuming, mopping, sweeping floors, trash removal, and cleaning restrooms and break rooms to maintain building cleanliness. The ideal candidate should have a professional attitude, appearance, and possess qualities such as self-motivation, hard work, dependability, and responsibility.

**Qualifications:**

- Ability to follow instructions from a supervisor and complete tasks effectively.
- Prior cleaning experience is preferred.
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds.
- Janitorial experience is a bonus but not required as training will be provided.
- Must have reliable transportation.

**Responsibilities:**

- Vacuum, mop, sweep floors, and maintain cleanliness in designated areas.
- Remove trash and ensure proper disposal.
- Clean restrooms and break rooms to sanitary standards.
- Perform other miscellaneous duties as assigned to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
