We are currently seeking a Strategic Account Manager for Pritchard Facilities Services to join our team.
Ideal candidate must be located in one of the following states: Massachusetts, Maine, New Jersey, New York, Connecticut or Rhode Island.
Job Summary:
The Strategic Account Manager is primarily responsible for creating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, ensuring client satisfaction, driving increased revenue, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. As a member of the Pritchard team, this person assists in defining long-term organizational strategic goals, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, works with operations and sales to close business deals and maintains an extensive knowledge of assigned clients and current market conditions affecting same. The ideal candidate will be proficient in networking, negotiation, prospecting, identification of customer needs and challenges, territory management, market knowledge in facility management, meeting retention goals, and presentation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Improve retention by developing and maintaining effective key customer relationships.
- Lead and oversee successful service delivery and the development and growth of profitable business.
- Provides customer with consultative leadership that provides them with the best possible service experience.
- Act as a liaison between Pritchard and stakeholders on the client side.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure requirements are met, such as contractual KPIs, corporate financials, account retention and growth opportunities.
- Supports transition activities, and monitor roll-out schedules, targets, and plans ensuring programs are standardized and utilized.
- Ensure business growth through directing and managing business development activities, building and maintaining a professional network with the Facility Services industry.
- Monitor financial reporting, budget compliance, supplies utilization, contract conditions and customer satisfaction to ensure all Pritchard standards and requirements are being met.
- Communicating and making necessary annual pricing adjustments or escalations for assigned clients.
- Participate in industry related associations and professional organizations. (i.e. BOMA, IFMA, CONNEX)
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Position requires 20% to 50% travel.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in facility services, or a closely related field is required.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related area preferred.
- 3-5 years Customer Relations experience.
- Strong and verifiable track record of success focused on the successful delivery of services required.
- Must be able to communicate clearly and frequently both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent organization, planning and time management skills.
- Experience in working directly with key stake holders including executive management personnel within customers required.
- Professional demeanor and advanced customer service skills strategic & analytical thinker with ability put complex ideas into clear frameworks.
- Must be proactive, resourceful, and demonstrate innovation.
- A willingness to work varying schedules based on business needs.
- Management experience in a fast-paced labor-intensive industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
