Assistant Manager - Atlanta Airport

Pritchard Industries is a leading national facilities service company committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients. With a focus on excellence and innovation, we provide a wide range of facility management solutions tailored to meet the unique needs of each client. We are seeking to hire an Assistant Manager for the Atlanta Airport - International Concourse level. The ideal candidate will have experience in customer service and janitorial supervision. This position requires knowledge of all janitorial equipment and chemical products.

The work schedule is five days a week 10pm-6:30am (3rd shift) – weekends are required. The position will be reporting directly to the Account Manager.

Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Manage & oversee all shift activities
  • Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience and ability to manage a staff of 35-40.
  • Must have management experience
  • MS Office Suite: Outlook, Word, Excel and Email
  • A strong eye for detail and provide excellent service standards.
  • Maintain a friendly, cheerful and courteous demeanor while ensuring the highest level of customer experience.
  • Knowledge and experience with floor tech (cleaning machines, etc)
  • Possess the ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.
  • Establish inspection schedule and perform daily inspections – day and evenings
  • Strong understanding of contractually required cleaning specifications and frequencies
  • Schedule and monitor periodic tasks
  • Monitor compliance with required safety guidelines
  • Coordinate employee training and maintain training records
  • Respond to all customer requests, complaints, and questions in a timely fashion
  • Monitor consumable and chemical supply inventories in all accounts
  • Maintain good working relationships with distribution and manufacturing partners
  • Continually improve industry knowledge
  • Submit weekly operations report to Account Manager
